Agent categories in the store
The store includes Microsoft-built first-party agents, partner-built agents from software vendors, and customer-built agents from Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry or external platforms. Agent Builder agents shared by colleagues appear in Shared with me, while Agent 365-enabled agents appear in Agents for your team.

Admin governance workflows
Microsoft-built agents can be blocked tenant-wide or scoped to groups from Integrated Apps. Partner agents appear in the Agent Registry for IT review before surfacing. Custom agents enter a pending state in MAC under Agents Requests until admins approve, reject or deploy to assigned users.
